Steve headed the office agency department at Sykes Waterhouse prior to joining Neptune as Development Director in 1990. He was appointed Managing Director in March 2004. Steve is also the Chair of Three 60 Property investors Ltd, Atrium City Living Ltd which are both subsiduaries of registered social landlords, and The Hooton Park trust and is a Board member of Open Eye Gallery. |

Rob Mason - Development Director After graduating as a Civil Engineer, Rob was employed by an Engineering Consultancy. He returned to university to study for a masters degree in Civil Design. Rob subsequently spent 14 years working on regeneration projects, both with Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Land Development Company prior to joining Neptune in 2004. |

Tim Walker - Non Executive Chairman Tim is a chartered accountant, and is the former finance director of Vaux/Swallow Group plc, Burtonwood Brewery plc and Strix Group. Tim is also currently a non executive director of the PFI Infrastructure Company plc, Ishaan Real Estate plc, Clean Energy Brazil plc and a number of private companies. |
